Achieved 2.5 Billion KRW in Consolidated Operating Profit
Advertising Revenue Increased by 48% Year-on-Year
Danggeun Market announced its annual performance for last year on the 28th, stating that it achieved continuous growth and profitability improvement following 2023.
On a standalone basis, Danggeun Market's revenue last year was 189.1 billion KRW, a 48% increase compared to the previous year. Operating profit was 37.6 billion KRW, a 3.8-fold increase from the previous year, marking two consecutive years of profitability.
On a consolidated basis, operating profit was 2.5 billion KRW, and net profit was 8.4 billion KRW. This is the first year that both operating and net profits were positive on a consolidated basis.

Danggeun attributed these achievements to "establishing a stable financial structure despite aggressive global market expansion and investments in North America and Japan, achieving both external growth and internal strengthening."
Last year's performance growth was led by the advertising business. The number of advertisers increased by 37% compared to 2023, and the number of ads executed grew by 52%, resulting in a 48% growth in advertising revenue. Danggeun plans to continue its growth momentum through the advancement of its advertising platform and diversification of products.
Global market expansion will accelerate further this year. Since starting its global expansion in 2019, Danggeun currently operates services in over 1,400 regions across four countries: Canada, the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Having surpassed 2 million cumulative users in Canada as of February this year, Danggeun plans to expand its service area across North America within the next five years through more aggressive overseas market investments.
