DB Insurance announced on the 28th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 27th at the DB Financial Center in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to promote pet insurance based on collaboration with Onhill and animal hospitals.
Onhill is a healthcare platform dedicated to pets, created by veterinarians. It aims to extend the lives of pets through fostering a proper pet culture and developing related products.

Through this agreement, both companies will cooperate on promoting pet insurance based on collaboration with animal hospitals, expanding the market, and developing additional services linked to animal hospitals.
DB Insurance expects that signing this MOU will strengthen the connection between the pet insurance industry and animal hospitals, serving as an important foundation for market revitalization and the creation of new services.
Jung Seungpil, head of the Onhill VetUs division, stated, “Through cooperation with DB Insurance, we expect to introduce various services that will innovate the pet insurance market and enhance customer satisfaction,” adding, “We will actively strive to provide practical services that satisfy both animal hospitals and pet owners.”
A DB Insurance official said, “We plan to promote the activation of the pet insurance market by strengthening ties with animal hospitals through cooperation with Onhill,” and added, “We will provide more reliable insurance services to pet owners.”
