Hwang Seon-ho, Chairman of the Yangpyeong County Council in Gyeonggi Province, attended the 176th regular meeting of the Gyeonggi Provincial City and County Councils held at the Gunpo Culture and Arts Center International Conference Hall on the 27th, where he exchanged various opinions and discussed cooperation plans for regional development.

At the meeting, 10 various agenda items were presented and processed, including a resolution urging support and solutions for the victims of the Pocheon Air Force fighter jet bombing accident.
Chairman Hwang Seon-ho stated, “Yangpyeong County, which has the most shooting training grounds in Gyeonggi Province, continues to suffer damage caused by military training grounds,” and added, “The Yangpyeong County Council prioritizes the lives and safety of residents and will make every effort to resolve this issue.”
Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Provincial City and County Council Chairpersons’ Association is an important forum where chairpersons from each city and county gather to discuss practical policies for regional development and improvement of residents’ welfare. At every regular meeting, they exchange opinions on various issues across Gyeonggi Province and seek cooperation plans.
