Kia to Begin Hiring College Graduates for First Half of Next Month

Recruiting Future Mobility Talents in PBV, Global Business, and More

Kia announced on the 27th that it will accept applications for new college graduate recruitment in the first half of the year from the 1st to the 14th of next month.


The recruitment fields include a total of 22 positions across 14 departments such as ▲PBV (Purpose Built Vehicle) ▲Global Business ▲Management Support ▲Product ▲Strategic Planning ▲Purchasing, targeting students expected to graduate from a four-year regular university by August 2025 or those holding a bachelor's or master's degree.

This year, Kia has set its management direction to popularize electric vehicles, secure new growth engines such as PBV, and shift towards software-centric operations. The company aims to select diverse talents to build a creative and inclusive organizational culture and further enhance its future mobility competitiveness.


Kia operates recruitment policies and training programs to ensure human diversity and establish a fair culture. To accommodate busy university students preparing for midterms and job hunting before graduation, Kia also holds recruitment counseling sessions on campus where students can obtain information related to recruitment and job duties.


To support students taking their last midterms before employment, Kia is also conducting a coffee event at campus cafes in eight universities across Seoul.
