SSG.com announced on the 27th that it will introduce dawn delivery service in Gwangju Metropolitan City.
Based on CJ Logistics' infrastructure, the service area has been expanded following the existing Chungcheong region, Daegu, and Busan. Starting from the 28th, customers in all areas of Nam-gu and Dong-gu, and some parts of Buk-gu and Seo-gu in Gwangju Metropolitan City can order dawn delivery products by 10 PM and receive them by 7 AM the next day. From the 3rd of next month, dawn delivery will be available throughout Gwangju, including Gwangsan-gu.
SSG.com applies the 'Freshness Guarantee System' to most fresh food products delivered by dawn delivery in the Gwangju area. If customers judge that the fresh food received via dawn delivery is not fresh, they can easily get a refund by uploading a photo of the product.
On-time delivery is also guaranteed. In fact, the on-time delivery rate for dawn delivery in Busan and Daegu regions has approached 100%. In Gwangju as well, if products arrive late, customers will be refunded up to 100,000 KRW in SSG Money based on the order amount.
SSG.com offers an 'Unlimited Free Shipping' benefit to customers who purchase dawn delivery products worth 20,000 KRW or more until June 30. A 10,000 KRW shopping cart coupon, usable on purchases over 40,000 KRW, is also provided.
