'Highlighting the Natural Taste of Fruit: "The Deumpuk Cake"'
SPC Baskin-Robbins announced on the 27th that it is expanding its lineup with the launch of new cake products, 'Jinjeonghan Cake' and 'The Deumpuk Cake'.
'Jinjeonghan Cake' is an ice cream cake that reinterprets the taste and design of classic bakery cakes in Baskin-Robbins style. As the name, which means "genuine (jin) and true (jeong) cake," suggests, it features a deep and rich flavor.
The Jinjeonghan Cake lineup consists of four types: cheese, sweet potato, tiramisu, and chocolate. ▲'Jinjeonghan Cheese Cake' combines cream cheese ice cream with cheese cubes ▲'Jinjeonghan Sweet Potato Cake' blends sweet potato ice cream containing sweet potato dices with milk ice cream ▲'Jinjeonghan Tiramisu Cake' mixes coffee ice cream with a Jamoca flavor and mascarpone cheese ice cream ▲'Jinjeonghan Chocolate Cake' pairs milk chocolate and rich chocolate ice cream enhanced with brownie cubes for texture.
'The Deumpuk Cake' is topped with strawberry-shaped sherbet and mango milk bites containing mango pulp, utilizing flavors developed by mixing fruits to emphasize the natural taste of the fruit.
The Deumpuk Cake lineup includes two types: ▲'The Deumpuk Strawberry Cake,' which features strawberry ice cream with strawberry pulp and a milk ice cream base with strawberry ribbons, decorated with strawberry sherbet bites ▲and 'The Deumpuk Mango Cake,' which combines mango ice cream with mango pulp and milk ice cream with mango ribbons, topped with mango milk bites.
A Baskin-Robbins representative said, "To provide consumers with a new ice cream cake experience, we applied various elements not attempted in existing products to the new lineup," adding, "We will continue to strive to develop differentiated ice cream cakes in the future."
