Lee Jin-sook, Chairperson of the Korea Communications Commission, reported assets worth approximately 4.894 billion KRW this year. This is an increase of 414 million KRW compared to the assets disclosed in November last year.
According to the "2025 Regular Asset Change Report" published on the 26th by the Government Ethics Committee in the official gazette, Chairperson Lee's assets total 4.894 billion KRW, including an apartment in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, valued at about 2.8 billion KRW.
The total deposits reported amount to 1.574 billion KRW, with Chairperson Lee holding about 820 million KRW, her spouse 680 million KRW, and their eldest daughter 72 million KRW.
The stocks held by Chairperson Lee are worth 194 million KRW in total, including 4,200 shares of iMBC. Her spouse reported listed stocks worth 24.6 million KRW, and their eldest daughter reported stocks worth 15 million KRW.
The spouse's financial liabilities amount to approximately 236 million KRW, and a rental liability (rental deposit) of 126 million KRW was reported for a single-family house in the spouse's name located in Deoksan-eup, Jincheon-gun, Chungbuk, valued at about 548 million KRW.
