Decrease of About 60 Million KRW Compared to Last Year

Yoo Sang-im, Minister of Science and ICT, reported assets worth approximately 1.465 billion KRW for this year.

According to the "2025 Regular Asset Change Report" disclosed on the 26th by the Government Ethics Committee through the official gazette, Minister Yoo's assets decreased by about 61.44 million KRW compared to the assets disclosed in November last year, due to a reduction in deposits and other holdings.

The value of an 84.58㎡ apartment owned by Minister Yoo in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, is 431 million KRW, and a tenant with a jeonse deposit of 390 million KRW currently resides in the apartment.

Minister Yoo reported a residential and commercial complex building in Geoyeo-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, registered under the spouse's name. The value is 3.473 billion KRW, and a lease deposit of 1.39703 billion KRW was calculated as rental debt.

Minister Yoo owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E300 passenger car worth 37.83 million KRW, and the spouse owns a 2012 Genesis passenger car worth 5.29 million KRW.

Deposits held include about 40 million KRW by the minister, 250 million KRW by the spouse, and a total of 88 million KRW by three children, amounting to a total of 378 million KRW in deposits.

The minister reported financial debts of approximately 125 million KRW from banks, the spouse also reported debts of 950 million KRW from banks, and an additional private debt of 50 million KRW.
