Kim Byung-min, Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs, Reports 1.19 Billion KRW in Assets
Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon's assets were reported to be approximately 7.4 billion KRW, the highest among current metropolitan government heads. In particular, securities assets increased significantly due to stock trading.
According to the "2025 Regular Asset Changes of Public Officials" disclosed by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee on the 27th, Mayor Oh's assets as of the end of last year, including family-owned assets, totaled 7.40554 billion KRW.
The declared amount in 2023 was 5.97599 billion KRW, which increased by about 1.42954 billion KRW. Of this, approximately 3.21 million KRW was due to valuation changes.
Building assets remained the same as last year at 2.416 billion KRW. Land assets owned by his spouse slightly increased to 134.49 million KRW due to changes in publicly announced land prices. Deposits, combining both himself and his spouse, amounted to 3.073 billion KRW. There were changes from last year's 3.07234 billion KRW due to insurance expirations and financial product cancellations.
Securities such as stocks and bonds surged to 2.895 billion KRW from 397 million KRW last year. Under Mayor Oh's name, he traded ▲MicroStrategy 1,241 shares ▲IonQ 2,500 shares ▲NVIDIA 1,100 shares ▲Palantir Technologies 1,310 shares. Under his spouse's name, stock trading also increased with ▲TSMC 220 shares ▲NuScale Power 2,860 shares ▲Tesla 375 shares.
Kim Byung-min, Seoul Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs, reported assets of 1.19418 billion KRW.
Kim Tae-gyun, Administrative Deputy Mayor 1, reported assets of 2.12989 billion KRW, an increase of 111.5 million KRW. Kim Seong-bo, Administrative Deputy Mayor 2, reported assets of 1.15415 billion KRW, an increase of 238.43 million KRW.
