According to the indictment of Ahn (male, in his 40s), obtained by News1 on the 26th through the office of Representative Park Eun-jung of the Party for National Innovation, he accessed a website that creates foreign intelligence agency IDs upon receiving photos from January 2021 to February this year. Ahn took ID photos with the U.S. flag as the background, requested the production of a forged CIA agent ID on the site, and received the forged ID via international mail. Using a similar method, he also requested forged IDs for agents of the U.S. military, Israel's intelligence agency (Mossad), Interpol, and the United Nations Security Management Office, securing a total of five forged IDs.

Ahn, known as a supporter of President Yoon Suk-yeol, caused a disturbance around 7:35 p.m. on the 14th of last month in front of the Chinese Embassy in Jung-gu, Seoul, intending to express his anti-China sentiment. He verbally abused police officers on site with insults such as "Are you Chinese public security? Since you don't answer, you must be public security," provoking a confrontation. When the embassy door opened, he attempted to enter but was immediately stopped by police officers and arrested on the spot. After being detained at the Seoul Namdaemun Police Station, when asked to present identification, Ahn showed the forged U.S. military and United Nations Security Management Office IDs he had previously obtained.

Ahn's erratic behavior and disturbances continued inside the police station. When his request was denied, he hurled sexually insulting curses at the officers, saying, "Why aren't you taking the guest? You bastards. Let me be interrogated, you bastard. You're not even a man."

He also pressured the officers by saying, "Should I just damage property and get arrested immediately?" and then broke the security entrance door of the police station, causing damage worth approximately 430,000 won. The police arrested and indicted Ahn on the 17th on charges including attempted trespassing, insult, damage to public property, and forgery and use of private documents.
