Seoul City announced on the 26th that two architectural reviews, including Jamwon Lotte Castle Galaxy Phase 1 Apartment, were approved at the first Architectural Committee subcommittee meeting held on the 20th.
Located near Sinsa Station and Jamwon Station on Line 3, Jamwon Lotte Castle Galaxy Phase 1 Apartment is pursuing a vertical and horizontal extension remodeling project of the existing apartment. A library and auxiliary welfare facilities, which are community shared facilities, will be established.
The Jamwon Lotte Castle Galaxy Phase 1 remodeling project is scheduled to start construction in February 2027 and complete in January 2031. The Architectural Committee improved pedestrian accessibility to the complex and adjusted the location of the library. A landscape plan was established to create a skyline that harmonizes with the surrounding scenery.
Ichon Gangchon Apartment will be transformed from 1,001 households to 1,113 households by horizontally extending and remodeling the existing apartment to 25 floors above ground. The number of units for sale is 112, scheduled for sale in December 2027. Construction is planned to begin in June 2027 and complete in June 2031.
The Architectural Committee planned the ground space, previously dominated by parking, into a pleasant pedestrian pathway through improving the residential environment of the aging apartment complex, and secured community shared facilities to create a community complex that communicates with local residents.
The plan to build a rental dormitory in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu also passed the architectural review on the 25th. This project involves constructing a rental dormitory with 26 floors above ground and 814 households, along with the G-Valley Industrial Museum storage facility, in the area of 345-89 Gasan-dong. The Architectural Committee improved the utilization of public open spaces and enhanced the convenience of using shared spaces in the dormitory. The Gasan-dong rental dormitory is scheduled to obtain building permits in September and complete construction by August 2028.
