According to the county on the 26th, this drill was organized to protect the safety of employees and citizens from the increasing number of malicious complainants and to enhance rapid crisis response capabilities.

The drill involved civil affairs staff, security guards, and officials from the Jangsu Police Station. Various types of malicious civil complaints, such as verbal abuse, physical assault, property damage, and threatening behavior, were realistically simulated to check step-by-step response procedures.

Kang Bokgi, head of the Civil Affairs Division, said, "As the psychological burden on employees due to malicious complaints is increasing, this drill will be very helpful in enhancing our crisis management abilities," and added, "We will continue to do our best to create a safe working environment and provide smooth civil services."

Meanwhile, the seven towns and townships of Jangsu County also conducted their own simulation drills to strengthen their civil complaint response capabilities, practice rapid reporting and response procedures in crisis situations, and plan to improve the overall safety system and the quality of civil services through continuous drills.
