The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (President Song Pil-ho) announced on the 26th that IT specialist YouTuber Itssub (real name Hwang Yong-seop) donated 20 million KRW to support wildfire damage relief after hearing that the wildfire, which started in Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, had spread to his hometown Andong.
Itssub, an IT specialist YouTuber with about 2.6 million subscribers, is a creator who has built trust by consistently raising his voice not only through smart device reviews but also on consumer rights protection and the ethical use of technology.
Itssub said, "Upon hearing the news that the wildfire had spread to Andong, I decided to donate with the hope that it would be extinguished as soon as possible," adding, "I am grateful to everyone working hard to extinguish the fire, and I hope this donation can be a small comfort to the neighbors affected."
