Operating 74 Official Service Centers Nationwide
Mercedes-Benz Korea is expanding its service centers nationwide to provide differentiated customer experiences.
According to industry sources on the 27th, the Mercedes-Benz Daegu Buk-gu Service Center operated by Jungang Motors recently opened. With a total floor area of 22,128㎡ (approximately 6,700 pyeong) spanning from basement level 1 to the 14th floor above ground, it is the largest Mercedes-Benz service network facility in the Daegu region.
Located near Manpyeong Station and the Daegu Northern Intercity Bus Terminal, it is conveniently accessible by public transportation, which is expected to greatly enhance service convenience for customers in the Yeongnam area.
Additionally, it has 29 work bays capable of general maintenance and accident repairs, staffed by 36 veteran technicians, allowing for up to 100 vehicles to be serviced daily. Equipped with a Mercedes-Benz EQ certified electric vehicle specialized maintenance system, electric vehicle customers can also receive smooth service.
Mercedes-Benz Korea is actively expanding its service network continuously. Earlier this year, it opened the Cheongju Osong Service Center to improve accessibility and convenience for customers in Chungbuk, and renovated the Bangbae Service Center to enhance customer service in the Gangnam area.
The Bangbae Service Center offers various services including general and electric vehicle maintenance and accident repairs all in one location. With a total of 35 maintenance experts including veteran technicians and 27 work bays, it can service about 100 vehicles per day.
Mercedes-Benz Korea operates 64 showrooms and 74 official service centers nationwide, establishing the largest imported car service network in the country.
