[2025 Residential Culture] Landscape and Sports Center 'Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park'

Hyundai Engineering is creating new residential value by constructing 'Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park Phase 1' in the Daejam-dong area of Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk.

This complex is being built in a consortium with POSCO E&C, and Phase 1 consists of 7 buildings with 35 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, totaling 999 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 178㎡. The units are composed of 432 units of 84㎡A, 55 units of 84㎡B, 126 units of 84㎡C, 378 units of 127㎡, 4 units of 139㎡P, and 4 units of 178㎡P. Including Phase 2, the entire complex will be a large-scale development with a total of 2,667 units.
