[Weather] "Beware of Wildfires" Dryness and Strong Winds in Eastern Areas... Over 20°C, Hot and Hazy On the 25th, when fine dust and yellow dust overlapped across the country, the air quality was poor, and downtown Seoul appeared hazy.

The inland areas of the Chungcheong region and Jeonbuk are expected to see daytime temperatures rise above 25 degrees Celsius, reaching early summer levels.

Morning low temperatures will range from 1 to 11 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will be between 13 and 26 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between day and night will be over 15 degrees Celsius in most areas (over 20 degrees Celsius mainly in the central inland and Jeolla inland regions), so caution is advised for health management.

The sky will be mostly clear nationwide but will gradually become cloudy from the afternoon. Jeju Island will see rain starting in the late afternoon, and the southern coasts of Jeonnam and Gyeongnam will experience rain from nighttime.

Expected rainfall over the two days until the 27th is 5 to 20 mm for the West Sea Five Islands, southern coasts of Jeonnam and Gyeongnam, and 5 to 30 mm for Jeju Island.

With very dry air and strong winds forecasted, caution is necessary regarding wildfires and other fire hazards.

Dryness warnings are in effect for the eastern coast of Gangwon, southern inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk (Cheongju, Yeongdong, Jecheon, Danyang), Gwangju, eastern Jeolla, Gyeongsang region (excluding Busan and southern coast), and Jeju Island, where the air will be very dry. Other regions will also experience dry air.

In Gangwon Province, northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and the eastern coast of the Gyeongsang region, winds will be very strong until dawn with gusts exceeding 70 km/h (20 m/s) (some areas on the West Sea coast, Chungbuk, and the eastern coast will see gusts around 95 km/h (26 m/s), and mountainous areas around 110 km/h (30 m/s)). Strong winds will also blow in other regions.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to be 'bad' in most parts of the country, with some areas also experiencing yellow dust. However, in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon, and Chungcheong regions, PM10 fine dust levels are expected to be 'very bad' in the morning, and the Honam region will temporarily experience 'very bad' levels.

Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, and from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
