Honam University and Musashino Gakuin University Sign Exchange and Cooperation Agreement

Discovering Student Exchange and Short-term Training Programs
Implementing the KF Global e-School Korean Language Education

Honam University (President Park Sangcheol) announced on the 25th that it has signed an exchange and cooperation agreement with Musashino Gakuin University (President Takahashi Nobuo) in Japan to expand exchanges in various fields, including student exchange and short-term training programs, as well as the implementation of the KF Global e-School Korean language education program.

Present at the signing ceremony were Park Sangcheol, President of Honam University; Son Wani, Director of International Affairs; Kim Gwangtaek, Director of Academic Affairs; Lee Dongwoo, Director of Student Affairs; Ko Youngil, Director of Administration; and from Musashino Gakuin University, Takahashi Nobuo, President; and Fukuzawa Seiichiro, Director of the International Center.

After the agreement was signed, the two universities held a meeting to discuss the practical implementation of student exchange and short-term training programs, as well as the KF Global e-School Korean language education, and engaged in detailed discussions.

The visiting delegation took a campus tour, including the Imagination Workshop of the Department of Future Mobility and the dormitories. They showed particular interest in the Imagination Workshop, which is the top-level educational facility in Korea equipped with various training equipment for future vehicles such as electric and hydrogen cars, and media classes, thanks to a national investment of over 10 billion KRW.

Musashino Gakuin University is a private university located in Saitama Prefecture. The Musashino Gakuin school foundation operates a kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school, as well as a university and graduate school. President Takahashi Nobuo visited Honam University for the first time after having a meeting with Director Son Wani and his delegation in Tokyo this January.
