Lotte Construction Opens Model House for 'Pungmu Station Lotte Castle Signature' on the 28th

A Large-Scale Complex with 720 Units to Be Sold to the Public

Lotte Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for 'Pungmu Station Lotte Castle Signature' on the 28th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex will be located in the Pungmu-dong area of Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 720 households. By exclusive area, the supply includes ▲65㎡ Type A with 267 units and Type B with 134 units ▲75㎡ Type A with 59 units and Type B with 39 units ▲75㎡ Type C with 23 units ▲84㎡ Type A with 98 units and Type B with 100 units.

Gimpo Goldline Pungmu Station is within walking distance, offering excellent transportation accessibility. Additionally, if the preliminary feasibility study for the extension of Seoul Subway Line 5 passes, it is expected to become a double station area.

The living infrastructure is also well established. Around the complex, there are Emart Traders, Gimpo City Hall, and Gimpo Citizens' Hall, and green spaces and cultural facilities such as Gimpo Park, Seonsu Park, Gimpo Sports Complex, and CGV are nearby. Schools like Sinpung Elementary and Pungmu High School, as well as the Sau-dong academy district, are adjacent, attracting high interest from buyers who prioritize educational conditions.

Lotte Construction arranged all units mainly facing south (southeast and southwest) and designed them centered on a 4-bay plate-type layout (except some), enhancing natural lighting and ventilation. Pantries and master bedroom dressing rooms are standard in all types, and separate storage rooms are provided for each unit to increase space utilization.

Community facilities include a study room, fitness center, indoor golf range, dining caf?, guest house, senior club, and kids station. Landscaping was also carefully considered. The central plaza, featuring Lotte Construction’s landscaping brand 'Green X Groove,' which has won the 'iF Design Award' main prize, along with Fore Garden and Healthy Terrace Lounge, creates a pleasant complex environment. Parking spaces average 1.48 per household, which is ample compared to nearby areas.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 31st, followed by first priority on the 1st and second priority on the 2nd of next month. Winners will be announced on the 8th of the same month, and official contracts will be signed from the 21st to the 23rd.

First priority applicants must be at least 19 years old, have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than 6 months, meet the deposit conditions, and reside in Gimpo-si or the metropolitan area. Both household heads and members can apply for first priority. Resale is allowed 6 months after the announcement of winners.

The contract conditions are also notable. The down payment is set at a fixed amount of 10 million KRW, so only 10 million KRW is required at the time of contract, and the balance must be paid within 15 days. 60% of the intermediate payment is provided with deferred interest, reducing the initial financial burden.

A Lotte Construction official said, "This complex offers transportation, education, and convenience facilities all in one," adding, "We will enhance customer residential satisfaction through Lotte Construction’s unique product differentiation."

The model house is located in the Pungmu-dong area of Gimpo-si. Move-in is scheduled to begin in July 2028. Lotte Construction held an art contest to promote cultural revitalization in the Gimpo area and plans to exhibit the winning works on a large monitor installed in the cafeteria within the model house.
