Joint Consolation Visit by Dongducheon City Council and Northern Gyeonggi Province City and County Chairmen Association
The Dongducheon City Council of Gyeonggi Province (Chairman Kim Seung-ho) announced on the 24th that, together with the Northern Gyeonggi Province City and County Chairmen Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), they visited the area affected by the Air Force fighter jet accidental bombing incident to conduct consolation activities.

Chairman Kim Seung-ho and the city and county chairmen belonging to the Association visited the accident site on the day, directly inspected the damage situation, and met with residents to express their condolences.
Rice relief supplies amounting to 500kg were also delivered at the site, and the attendees prayed together for the swift recovery of the affected area.
Chairman Kim Seung-ho stated, “I hope this small consolation brings some comfort to the residents suffering from this unexpected accident,” and added, “The Association will also strive for continuous solidarity and cooperation so that the northern Gyeonggi region can unite its strength and overcome this crisis together.”
Meanwhile, the Northern Gyeonggi Province City and County Chairmen Association carries out various activities based on cooperation among cities and counties in the northern region to respond to disasters, resolve common issues, and improve residents’ welfare.
