As incidents of impersonation claiming to hold the rights for actor Byeon Woo-seok's overseas performances continue, his agency has issued a caution.
On the 24th, Byeon Entertainment stated, "Recently, cases have occurred where individuals claimed to hold agent rights for Byeon Woo-seok's overseas performances in order to gain financial benefits."
They added, "We have not granted exclusive rights related to Byeon Woo-seok's fan meeting performances and events to any specific person, nor have we signed any agent contracts. We ask for caution to avoid being involved in or harmed by illegal activities impersonating contracts with our company."
Byeon Woo-seok rose to stardom playing the role of Seon-jae in the tvN drama 'Seon-jae Upgo Twieo' aired last year, and is considered the top choice for casting in films and dramas. Tickets for his Seoul fan meeting held that year sold out immediately upon release. His next project is MBC's new drama '21segi Daegun Buin' (working title).
