Impact of the Wildfire

Due to a wildfire near Anpyeong-myeon, Uiseong-gun, Gyeongbuk, vehicle traffic in both directions on the Seosan-Yeongdeok Expressway (Sangju-Yeongdeok Expressway) from Buk-Uiseong IC to Yeongdeok TG has been completely restricted.

Korea Expressway Corporation announced that access to the section was blocked as of 3:35 PM on the 24th.

A representative from the Expressway Corporation said, "This is a preemptive measure due to concerns about the wildfire spreading," and urged drivers to use detour routes.
