UpTik, a company specializing in entering the Vietnamese TikTok Shop and Shopee markets, will offer the ‘RSG Package’ service worth approximately 12 million KRW free of charge for three months starting March 24.


This event is designed to allow domestic brands wishing to enter the Vietnamese e-commerce market to start local testing and operations without any burden. A total of 20 brands will be selected and supported throughout the entire process from entry to operation and marketing.


UpTik was founded by Shin Sung-won, CEO of the PR agency LAFS, which has been conducting digital marketing and e-commerce consulting in Vietnam for seven years. Based in its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and branch office in Hanoi, UpTik operates with about 20 local experts. The company’s building is fully equipped with a marketing office, a dedicated live broadcast studio, and inventory warehouses, enabling one-stop services for TikTok-based live commerce, content production, and logistics systems.


Currently, UpTik operates TikTok Shop and Shopee channels under the brand name Brand Universe. These channels have received the highest official certifications from TikTok Vietnam, including ‘Star Shop,’ ‘TikTok Mall,’ and ‘100% Authentic Shop.’ Korean brands such as BibiLab and FaceRepublic are already listed in Brand Universe, which allows new brands to expect high trust and marketing synergy.


The core of the event, the RSG Package, stands for ‘Ready, Set, Go’ and includes all essential elements needed to operate a TikTok Shop. Specifically, it includes ▲10 hours of live broadcast sales per month ▲production of 10 brand content pieces ▲inventory management and next-day delivery ▲monthly sales report preparation, all structured to be immediately applicable in actual operations.

Companies wishing to participate can leave their brand information and email on UpTik’s official website, and anyone can apply regardless of industry. However, 20 brands will be selected through an internal review process rather than on a first-come, first-served basis. Selected brands will receive not only the basic RSG Package but also influencer marketing support benefits. Through the ‘Influencer & TikToker 1+1’ promotion, collaboration with influential local creators is possible, and UpTik will provide planning, production, and upload management of the content free of charge.


CEO Shin Sung-won stated, “The era of waiting for import buyers at trade shows is over. Displaying product information and purchase buttons directly on consumers’ smartphone screens through TikTok Shop is a much more practical strategy.” He added, “UpTik aims to go beyond simple agency services to become an import distributor that grows Korean brands’ entry into Vietnam together, ultimately becoming a local general distributor.”
