Five Short Films from Chung-Ang University Invited to Florence Korean Film Festival
"An Important Opportunity to Gain International Recognition"

Five short films produced by students of Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film have been invited to Italy.

Five short films created by students of the Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film at Chung-Ang University have been invited to the 23rd Festival del Cinema Coreano a Firenze, which runs until the 29th.

On the 25th, Chung-Ang University announced that the works of the Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film students were officially invited to the 23rd Festival del Cinema Coreano a Firenze (Florence Korean Film Festival).

The annual Florence Korean Film Festival, held in Florence, Italy, is an event that introduces Korean films of various genres to Italian audiences.

The 23rd festival will be held at the La Compagnia Theater in Florence until the 29th, featuring a total of 77 Korean films, including 26 feature films and 51 short films.

The short films from Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film invited to this year’s event are five works: "Neoege Dakeugil" directed by Oh Jae-wook, "Illeong Illeong" directed by Kim Ye-won, "Aju Meon Got" directed by Oh Eun-young, "Yeogaek" directed by Moon Hye-jun, and "Uncensored" directed by Kang Dae-won.

Lee Chang-jae, dean of Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film, said, "This invitation is an important opportunity for our students to gain international attention and have their works recognized in overseas markets," adding, "Going forward, Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film will continue to challenge the global stage and strengthen its leadership in the global film industry."
