Payment bills for affected customers from March to May will be deferred for up to 6 months.

For domestic transactions of 10,000 KRW or more among the scheduled payment amounts, support will be provided to allow installment payments for up to 6 months.

The interest incurred from installment payments requested by affected customers will be fully waived.

Until the end of May, interest on short-term card loans (cash services) and long-term card loans (card loans) used by affected customers will be reduced by up to 30%.

Customers whose card loan maturity dates fall before the end of May will be allowed to extend their maturity dates.

To receive financial support, customers need to submit a damage confirmation certificate issued by the local government of the large-scale wildfire affected area.

A Samsung Card representative said, "We have implemented financial support to provide even a small help to customers affected by the large-scale wildfires."
