Kyobo Life Partners with HD Hyundai for 'Pregnancy and Childbirth Health Insurance'

Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 24th that it will provide the 'Kyobo e-Childbirth Safety Insurance' to employees of 29 HD Hyundai Group companies to take the lead in overcoming low birth rates.

'Kyobo e-Childbirth Safety Insurance' is a health insurance that supports pregnancy and childbirth through health care (health insurance), daily care (health care services), and knowledge care (support for pregnancy and childbirth books). It covers treatment for conditions such as preeclampsia, specific hypothyroidism, gestational diabetes, and hospitalization treatment for pregnancy- and childbirth-related hypertension and diabetes. It also provides coverage for disseminated intravascular coagulation during pregnancy, surgeries for specific obstetric diseases, and childcare support funds in the case of low birth weight infants.

It also supports health care services needed in daily life, such as health and psychological counseling related to pregnancy and childbirth, guidance on hospitals and medical staff, home training for pregnant women, childbirth support, and customized diet consulting.
