Selly is a service created by Lotte Card to support small business owners and sole proprietors. Any Lotte Card merchant can use it for free on the Dijiroca app.
Through this revamp, Lotte Card applied an intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). It was designed to allow easy access to key information such as sales and deposit details. The home screen was reorganized so that customers can see major sales, deposit details, and customized information they frequently use at a glance.
They also launched the 'Sajangnim Market' linked with the Dijiroca application (app) ThingShop. Sajangnim Market is a dedicated section within ThingShop where merchants can purchase electronic products such as water purifiers and commercial cleaners, as well as essential store supplies, with long-term installment benefits.
Seasonal products carefully selected by Lotte Card for merchants can be found on the Selly feed.
In collaboration with the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the latest small business support policy information is provided in a customized manner according to the merchant’s industry and eligibility.
The integrated inquiry system application programming interface (API) for merchant sales transaction information has been enhanced. This improved the consistency of card company sales and deposit data.
They also newly introduced 'Sajangnim News,' which timely provides financial and policy information, seasonal content, and more.
Merchants who opened new credit card merchant stores in the second half of last year and were subject to the general merchant fee rate but whose sales volume was confirmed to be small or medium-sized merchants can check the retroactive preferential fee rate refund amount on Selly until the 31st.
A Lotte Card official said, "As of January, the number of Selly members has surpassed 550,000," adding, "We plan to add various partner benefits through collaboration with startups and others that provide services to merchants."
