"Expanding Maeil O-NE Service to Various Industries"
CJ Logistics announced on the 24th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with NS Home Shopping to strengthen customer service through the introduction of 'Maeil O-NE (O-NE)'.

The agreement ceremony held on the 21st at CJ Logistics headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, was attended by key executives from both companies, including Do Hyung-jun, Head of Sales Division at CJ Logistics, and Yoo Dae-hee, Head of Customer Support Division at NS Home Shopping.
According to the agreement, both companies will form dedicated teams and actively cooperate to provide stable services. CJ Logistics will take full charge of NS Home Shopping's holiday delivery volume through the seven-day-a-week delivery service, Maeil O-NE. NS Home Shopping also decided to switch the delivery of existing weekday sales products to Maeil O-NE to strengthen delivery services.
Starting with this agreement, CJ Logistics plans to expand the Maeil O-NE service beyond home shopping to various industries. As more companies seek customized logistics solutions, Maeil O-NE is expected to establish itself as a core logistics solution for e-commerce companies.
A CJ Logistics official said, "Through Maeil O-NE, we are striving to provide the best shopping experience to consumers sensitive to delivery, such as fresh food and fashion, which are the main product groups of home shopping," adding, "We will do our best to improve delivery service quality and contribute to the growth of our client companies."
