Gyeonggi-do to Operate 'Dokdo Alimi' Youth Camp This Year

Gyeonggi Province is recruiting participants for the ‘Dokdo Informer’ Youth Camp to establish a correct historical understanding of Dokdo and enhance awareness of territorial sovereignty in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day this year.

The Dokdo Informer Youth Camp is a program where participants visit Dokdo and Ulleungdo to explore history, culture, and the environment firsthand, and promote Dokdo through a Dokdo protection performance. Participants learn about the history and significance of protecting Dokdo through expert lectures and carry out team projects to produce promotional videos about Dokdo.

The camp will be held in four sessions, with 55 youths participating in each session, totaling 220 participants.
