On Sunday the 23rd, Seoul will experience clear spring weather with daytime highs reaching up to 23 degrees Celsius. It will be mostly clear nationwide, with clouds increasing from the afternoon.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, morning lows are forecasted to be between 1 and 12 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 14 and 25 degrees Celsius.
For the time being, most regions across the country will see daytime temperatures rise above 15 degrees Celsius, making it mild. However, the temperature difference between day and night will be around 15 degrees Celsius, which is quite large, so caution is advised for health management during the changing seasons. There may be frost in the central inland and eastern Jeonbuk regions from dawn to morning.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, Honam region, Busan, and Jeju area, while other regions will have 'moderate' levels. Daegu, Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam are expected to temporarily experience 'bad' levels in the morning. Fine dust from abroad will be inflowing from the west, causing high concentrations in most areas.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. The wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea.
