On the 22nd, the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy stated in a press release, "Deputy Chief Kim and Head Lee still hold positions that could obstruct the investigation," adding, "However, the court's judgment that there is no possibility of evidence destruction is absolutely unacceptable." They continued, "The court, which should protect the constitutional order and judicial system, has instead paved the way for the destruction of the constitution and the rule of law."

The Center for Military Human Rights also said, "Not detaining serious criminals who used public authority to block the execution of arrest warrants issued by the court is tantamount to the court itself undermining the authority of the warrants."

These organizations also criticized the prosecution for repeatedly dismissing the police's requests for arrest warrants against Deputy Chief Kim and Head Lee.
