"Refuses to Comply with Court Order for Paternity Test"
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has reportedly drastically reduced the child support payments he was providing to the woman who recently announced she gave birth to his 13th child out of wedlock.

According to the U.S. entertainment media outlet People on the 21st (local time), Ashley Saint Clair (26), a conservative influencer who revealed last month that she gave birth to Musk's child, has a lawyer who claimed, "After Ashley filed a lawsuit, Elon Musk unilaterally reduced his financial support for his child as an act of retaliation." The lawyer added, "At the same time, he filed an emergency motion with the court to silence Ashley and prevent her from speaking about his actions," noting, "The judge did not recognize the urgency, and the case is still pending."
The lawyer also stated, "Ashley is strongly opposing this motion to protect her right to speak," emphasizing, "Musk claims to be a 'warrior of the First Amendment (freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition)' and freely speaks through the social media platforms he owns, so it would be appropriate for him to manage his own life according to the same principles."
Musk's side reportedly did not respond to People’s request for comment.
Ashley Saint Clair announced on X (formerly Twitter) on the 14th of last month, "I gave birth to a baby five months ago," adding, "Elon Musk is the father." Subsequently, People reported that Ashley filed a paternity and sole custody lawsuit against Musk. According to the complaint, Ashley claimed that Musk was not present at the time of birth, stating, "He has only met the child three times so far and has not been involved in the child's upbringing or care at all." She also added that Musk has been avoiding her attempts to contact him.
According to the lawyer’s claims, Musk has refused to accept court summons documents related to the paternity confirmation proceedings. The lawyer criticized, "Although it would be very easy for Musk to receive the documents through his attorney, he has refused to accept them so far," adding, "This kind of unnecessary strategic behavior is unacceptable when a newborn baby is involved."
Meanwhile, on the 28th of last month, Musk acknowledged the news by liking a post on X by Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis (39), who revealed, "I had a fourth child with Musk." This brings the total number of children known to be fathered by Musk to 14.
Currently serving as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) under the Donald Trump administration, Musk is leading efforts to downsize federal agencies, cut spending, and lay off large numbers of public officials. Musk’s wealth fluctuates by tens of trillions of won daily depending on stock prices, but as of the end of last year, his net worth was reported to be approximately $486 billion (about 712 trillion won).
