[Photo] Gokseong-gun Holds 'Hinoki Cypress Planting' to Celebrate Arbor Day

On the 21st, Gokseong County in Jeollanam-do held a tree planting event in celebration of the 80th Arbor Day at a forest area in Jukdong-ri, Gokseong-eup. Around 200 participants, including county office staff, members of the Gokseong Office of Education, Gokseong High School, Gokseong Forestry Cooperative, local residents, and students, planted 1,500 Japanese cypress trees (Hinoki) over an area of 1 hectare.
