Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced that from the 21st to April 9th, the "Individual Officially Announced Land Prices as of January 1, 2025" will be available for viewing and public comment.
The "Individual Officially Announced Land Prices as of January 1, 2025" covers 153,041 land parcels, and the land price per 1㎡ for each land lot number will be available for review. The prices will be finalized and announced on April 30.
The individual land price viewing can be done by visiting the Land Management Division at Yangju City Hall, by phone inquiry, or through the Yangju City Hall website and the Gyeonggi Real Estate Information Inquiry System website.
If there are any opinions, individuals can fill out the individual land price opinion form available at City Hall and submit it in person, or submit it online through the Yangju City Hall website.
Yangju City will re-examine the land characteristics of the parcels for which opinions have been submitted, verify whether the prices maintain balance with standard land prices and nearby land prices through re-investigation, and after verification by appraisal corporations, the matter will be reviewed by the Yangju Real Estate Price Announcement Committee. The results will be notified to the opinion submitters, and the prices will be finalized and announced on April 30.
