The Chungnam Lifelong Education and Talent Development Institute announced on the 21st that it will begin a literacy education support program for illiterate adults in the province starting this month.
This project is designed to help illiterate adults in the province acquire reading and writing skills necessary for daily life.
The institute plans to run the program until November, utilizing the "Adult Literacy Supplementary Textbook Using Language Learning Devices," which was developed for the first time in the nation in 2022.
Director Hwang Hwantak said, "I hope that through the literacy education support program, illiterate individuals in the province will experience the joy of learning."
Meanwhile, the institute is operating the Chungnam Literacy Education Center to identify literacy learners and support literacy education.
