The ‘Together Playing Youth Club’ project is a program that supports young people with similar interests and hobbies to freely engage in activities, helping them voluntarily participate and expand their connections with the local community.

In Youth Space Season I held last year, five clubs including reading, composing, yoga, dance, and futsal received support, and this year, Season II plans to expand the scale and select a total of nine clubs.

The recruitment target is clubs composed of youth aged 19 to 39 who reside or work in Hanam City, and clubs in various fields such as sports, culture and arts, social contribution, and hobbies can apply.

Hanam City plans to select a total of nine clubs according to their activity types: ▲ activity-centered type (6 clubs) that can be freely operated such as running, hiking, and volunteering ▲ space-centered type (3 clubs) that utilize practice rooms or workshops such as bands, art, and dance.

Selected clubs will receive up to 3.5 million KRW in operating expenses, which can be used for venue rental fees, instructor fees, snack costs, material costs, etc. Additionally, to revitalize the clubs, additional youth members will be recruited separately in April to supplement club members.

This project focuses not only on simple financial support but also on helping youth interact and grow together. Accordingly, dedicated online communication channels will be opened for each club to ensure smooth activities, and support will be provided to hold regular meetings at least twice a month.

At the end of the year, a performance sharing event will be held to review the activities of the year and provide a venue for exchange among clubs. Through this, the achievements of each club will be shared, and opportunities to exchange various opinions related to youth policies will also be provided.

Hanam City expects that through this project, youth will naturally connect with the local community while sharing and learning from each other’s experiences beyond simple hobby activities.

A Hanam City official said, “This project was launched to support youth to gather and engage in creative and free activities,” and added, “We hope many young people who want to create meaningful experiences with good people will show great interest and participate.”
