Sharing Know-how and Cases for Effective Dispute Resolution
On the 20th, Danggeun announced on the 21st that it held a 'Peer-to-Peer Transaction Dispute Resolution Technology Exchange Meetup' with KISA officials at the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) headquarters located in Naju, Jeollanam-do.
This event was organized as part of a public-private cooperation to autonomously resolve disputes in peer-to-peer secondhand transactions, aiming to share related mediation experiences and know-how.

On the day, Danggeun presented major C2C dispute cases that actually occurred on the platform, as well as response measures including the operation of the Dispute Resolution Center. In the next session, officials directly observed KISA's dispute resolution process and shared technical approaches and cases for building an effective dispute resolution process.
Through this meetup, Danggeun plans to explore directions for developing a more systematic internal dispute resolution system and expand cooperation with relevant ministries to create a safe secondhand transaction environment.
A Danggeun official stated, "We will continue to do our best to improve the system and technology of the Danggeun Dispute Resolution Center for more professional and detailed dispute mediation, and continuously strengthen cooperation with various external organizations."
