Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 20th that it has completed the calculation and verification of individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1, 2025, and will receive public viewing and submission of opinions on the individual land prices from the 21st to April 9.
The individual publicly announced land prices subject to viewing are the land prices per square meter of 251,228 parcels calculated as of January 1, and are used as the basis for imposing national taxes, local taxes, and various public charges.
Viewing of individual publicly announced land prices can be done by visiting or calling the Land Price Team of the Civil Affairs and Land Division at Yeoju City Hall, or by visiting the administrative welfare centers of the relevant towns, townships, and neighborhoods to view the land price register. For more convenience, the publicly announced land prices can be viewed through the Real Estate Public Price Information website (www.realtyprice.kr).
Landowners and interested parties who have opinions on the viewed individual land prices can fill out an opinion form available at the viewing locations and submit it to the Land Price Team of the Civil Affairs and Land Division at Yeoju City Hall or to each town, township, and neighborhood administrative welfare center by April 9.
The submitted opinions on the land prices will be reviewed considering the prices of standard land, price balance with nearby individual lands, etc., followed by a field re-investigation by an appraiser and deliberation by the Yeoju Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The results will be individually notified to the submitters of opinions and will be finalized and announced on April 30.
