Ulju County Accepts Viewing and Feedback on Individual Housing Prices

Ulsan Ulju-gun is conducting a review of 21,150 individual housing prices (draft) as of January 1 this year and is accepting opinions from owners and legal stakeholders.

This review is a procedure to collect opinions from housing owners and other stakeholders in advance, prior to the decision and public announcement of individual housing prices. It will be held from the 21st of this month until the 9th of next month.

During this period, the draft of individual housing prices can be viewed on the county office website, at the Taxation Division 1, or at the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers.

Housing owners or stakeholders with opinions regarding the housing prices may fill out an appropriate price and submit an individual housing price opinion form to the Taxation Division 1 at the county office or to the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers.

Ulju-gun will re-investigate the submitted opinions by selecting comparative standard houses and reviewing the appropriateness of the price calculation. The results will be individually notified to the submitters after verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and deliberation by the Ulju-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

The finalized housing prices will be announced on the 30th of next month, and housing owners or stakeholders who have objections to the announced prices may file an objection until May 29 after the announcement.

An official from Ulju-gun stated, "The procedures for reviewing and submitting opinions on individual housing prices are an important opportunity for housing owners to verify the appropriateness of the prices and have their opinions reflected," and added, "Since the publicly announced prices are used as the basis for various taxes such as national and local taxes, we hope many will take interest and check them carefully."
