Available for Review at Local Administrative Welfare Centers and Online
Yeongju City announced that from the 21st to April 9th, it will conduct a public viewing of the 2025 individual officially assessed land prices as of January 1, 2025, and will accept opinions regarding these prices.
The subject of this public viewing includes a total of 169,419 parcels, which have been calculated based on the officially assessed standard land prices determined and announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, taking into account the characteristics of each parcel.
The individual officially assessed land prices can be checked on the Real Estate Price Disclosure System. They can also be viewed by visiting or calling the administrative welfare centers in the towns, townships, or districts where the land is located, or the Land Information Division at City Hall. In addition, during the viewing period, landowners and interested parties may submit their opinions.
The submitted opinions will be processed after re-examining the characteristics of the land and the balance of prices, followed by verification by an appraiser and review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The final results will be individually notified to those who submitted opinions and are scheduled to be determined and announced on April 30th.
Jo Jonggeun, Director of the Land Information Division, emphasized, "Since the individual officially assessed land price is used as the basis for various taxes such as property tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and land-related charges, I strongly encourage everyone to review and check the prices within the designated period."
