MOVV Secures 5 Billion Strategic Investment from KB Securities and Taiwan's Huafu Group

KB Securities and Huafu Group Make 5 Billion KRW Strategic Investment
"Accelerating AI-Driven Innovation in the Global Mobility Market"

MOVV, a developer of AI-based On-demand Mobility Systems, announced on the 20th that it has attracted strategic investments from KB Securities and Taiwan's Huafu Group. The investment amount is approximately 5 billion KRW, bringing MOVV's total accumulated investment to around 10 billion KRW.

MOVV develops solutions utilizing AI technology for real-time demand forecasting, optimal route analysis, and automated vehicle dispatch. It is currently collaborating with various mobility companies both domestically and internationally. Based on this investment, MOVV plans to accelerate its business expansion in the global mobility software service market using AI technology.

KB Securities will promote strategic collaboration with MOVV by maximizing synergies with affiliates within the KB Financial Group. In particular, it plans to introduce differentiated financial solutions by integrating AI-based mobility services into domestic and international auto finance businesses. Additionally, leveraging KB Financial Group's global network, it is expected to strengthen competitiveness in overseas markets. Seonghoon Jeong, Director of KB Securities, stated, "We will present a new service model combining finance and mobility, and provide customers with more efficient mobility business operation infrastructure through AI-customized financial and mobility solutions."

Meanwhile, Huafu Group, a leading travel and vehicle service group in Taiwan, plans to adopt MOVV's mobility system to maximize operational efficiency and increase sales. MOVV will support the digital transformation of rental car and mobility service companies in Taiwan, and together with Huafu Group, apply AI-based operational optimization solutions to simultaneously achieve cost reduction and service quality improvement.
