Yeonggwang County Governor Jang Seil, '1 Night 2 Days' Conversation with Nakwol-myeon Residents

Jang Seil, the governor of Yeonggwang County, will engage in a dialogue with the residents of Nakwol-myeon for two days from the 19th to the 20th. Provided by Yeonggwang County

Yeonggwang County in Jeollanam-do has launched the "Visiting Dialogue with Nakwol-myeon Residents" to listen to the voices of the people in Nakwol-myeon.

This event was organized to hear directly from residents, and Yeonggwang County Governor Jang Seil began the initiative by visiting Anmado and Songido on the 19th, kicking off full-scale communication. On the 20th, he continued the two-day tour by meeting residents of Nakwoldo.

This year, the event is particularly meaningful as the governor is personally visiting each island. Previously, the event was only held on Nakwoldo, which caused inconvenience for residents of Anmado and Songido who had to travel. This time, however, the governor is visiting each location to directly listen to residents' opinions and seek solutions, drawing attention to the new approach.

During this visit, the county plans to share the main achievements of the county administration in 2024 and its vision for 2025, while also listening to residents' suggestions and exchanging opinions.

A county official stated, "Through these visits to island regions, we will actively gather diverse opinions from residents and reflect them in county administration to establish practical support measures."
