Daytime Highs Expected to Reach up to 17 Degrees
Fine Dust Levels 'Bad' in Seoul Metropolitan Area, Chungnam, and Honam
Tomorrow, the vernal equinox (春分), when the length of day and night are equal, temperatures will rise to around 15 degrees Celsius in most regions nationwide.
The morning low temperatures will range from -4 to 4 degrees Celsius, slightly lower than usual, but the daytime high temperatures will recover to the normal range of 12 to 17 degrees Celsius.
Most regions nationwide will experience a large temperature difference of around 15 degrees Celsius between day and night.

The weather will be mostly clear nationwide, but there is a possibility of light snow less than 0.1 cm falling in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon from dawn to morning.
Fine dust from the previous day will remain, and starting from the west in the daytime, fine dust from abroad will be introduced, resulting in fine dust levels being 'Bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, and Honam regions, while other areas are expected to have 'Moderate' levels.
Busan and Gyeongnam will see deterioration to 'Bad' levels from the afternoon, and Gangwon Yeongseo, Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungbuk will experience 'Bad' levels from nighttime.
Strong gusts of wind exceeding 25 m/s are expected from the afternoon in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and winds exceeding 20 m/s are expected along the eastern coasts of Gangwon and northern Gyeongbuk.
Other regions will also experience strong winds with gusts around 15 m/s (around 20 m/s in the mountainous areas of Jeju), so caution is needed for facility management and safety accidents.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the near seas of the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the near seas of the South Sea. In the open seas, waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
