Ottogi Launches Marmalade Made with Jeju Cheonggyul

Recreating the Unique Bittersweet and Refreshing Taste of Tangerine
Various Events Prepared in Partnership with Four Jeju Brands

Ottogi announced on the 19th that it has launched Jeju Dam-eum's "Jeju Cheonggul Marmalade," made using seasonal Cheonggul from Jeju Island.


"Jeju Cheonggul Marmalade" is a follow-up product to "Jeju Hallabong Marmalade," made using seasonal Cheonggul from Jeju Island. An Ottogi representative explained, "We used not only the Cheonggul pulp but also the peel to recreate the unique bittersweet and refreshing taste of Cheonggul. It can be used in various ways such as jam and syrup."

Additionally, Ottogi partnered with four local Jeju brands to hold the event "Jeju Dam-eum Route Season 1: Jeju's Spring Captured with Jeju Cheonggul." "Abebe Bakery" is selling the limited edition "Jeju Dam-eum Jeju Cheonggul Cream Donuts" until the 30th of next month. The nut and cacao specialty brand "Cocoha" is offering the "Jeju Cheonggul Mandarin Espresso" using Jeju Cheonggul Marmalade until May 19th, and the cafe "Oneul Jeju," which sells unique souvenir gift sets, is offering the souvenir "Sand Cookie and Harubang Gift Set" until May 17th.


The distillery brand "Jeju Gotbat," which brews Jeju Pachiro liquor, will hold the "Ihwaju One-Day Class" every Saturday until May 24th, where participants can make Ihwaju themselves and taste it together with Jeju Cheonggul Marmalade.
