Gwangyang Free Economic Zone Authority Launches On-site Architectural Administration Consultation Team to Address Corporate Difficulties

Utilized as Policy Data for Regulatory Improvement and Investment Promotion

The Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority (Commissioner Koo Chung-gon, hereinafter referred to as Gwangyang FEZ Authority) announced on the 18th that it will operate the "On-site Architectural Administration Consultation Team," which provides free on-site consultations to resolve construction-related issues for resident companies.

The "On-site Architectural Administration Consultation Team" was established to promptly address and provide solutions to various issues that companies may encounter during construction permits, construction processes, and other administrative procedures.

The consultation team will be composed of experienced architectural experts and architectural officials from the Gwangyang FEZ Authority, and they plan to visit sites and provide consultations whenever requested by companies, at least once every quarter.

In particular, starting this year, to increase company satisfaction, information collected during consultations will be compiled into a database and utilized as reference material for expediting construction permit applications. It will also be used as policy data for regulatory improvement and for formulating strategies to promote investment attraction.

Koo Chung-gon, Commissioner of the Gwangyang FEZ Authority, stated, "By operating the On-site Architectural Administration Consultation Team, we aim to realize field-oriented architectural administration and become a true investment facilitator that provides practical assistance to companies."
