UMCs selected through the new employee recruitment process grow into global managers based on sales field experience. Successful candidates gain core work experience such as store management, product management, profit and loss management, and personnel management through an intensive training program. After becoming store managers, individuals can develop their job experience in various directions such as supervisors, headquarters, or overseas assignments according to their aptitude and career goals.

From today until the 27th, UNIQLO will hold offline recruitment briefings at four universities: Chung-Ang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Yonsei University, and Pusan National University. At these briefings, attendees can hear about the job experiences and career development stories of current UNIQLO employees. One-on-one consultations with recruitment officers regarding the hiring process and job roles will also be available. All attendees will receive additional points in the document screening stage, and participation is possible through pre-registration on the official UNIQLO recruitment website or on-site registration.

A UNIQLO recruitment officer said, "UNIQLO Management Candidates have an attractive opportunity to grow into global business leaders through systematic talent development if they have passion and goals. We hope those who resonate with UNIQLO’s vision of becoming the global number one company and want to shine on the world stage based on store experience will challenge themselves by applying in this open recruitment."
