Gimcheon City, North Gyeongsang Province, announced on the 17th that it conducted systematic training on the 14th to strengthen the expertise of employees involved in construction projects by providing education on public building architectural planning and project feasibility review.
On-site training is being conducted related to architectural planning of public buildings in Gimcheon City.
This training featured Park Jinguk, head of the Urban Public Housing Complex Team in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Apartment Housing Division, as the instructor. He delivered a practical, hands-on lecture covering the entire process of public building projects, from planning and design to construction and operation.
In particular, there were in-depth discussions on project feasibility reviews and effective strategies for promoting public building projects.
On the same day, the Gimcheon City Architectural Design Division also conducted separate on-site practical training for public building construction projects.
This training focused on strengthening practical project management capabilities, including architectural construction, safety management, quality control, and process management.
Gimcheon City plans to use this training as an opportunity to enhance the professionalism of public building projects and to establish a systematic work system to maximize project implementation efficiency.
Shin Dongguk, head of the Architectural Design Division, stated, "We will continue to improve the quality of public buildings and provide a better residential environment for citizens through ongoing practical training."
