Sh Suhyup Bank Expands Financial Transaction Services Using Mobile ID Cards

and on the Partner Bank App

Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 17th that it will expand its mobile ID service, allowing all financial transactions to be processed using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID, the Mobile Resident Registration Card.

The Mobile Resident Registration Card is a mobile ID that can be issued and used on a smartphone. Starting from the 14th, as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety expanded the issuance service nationwide, it can be used just like a physical resident registration card at all places where the physical card was previously required, such as government offices, airports, and hospitals.

Accordingly, all customers using Sh Suhyup Bank and Suhyup member cooperatives can conveniently conduct financial transactions anywhere nationwide by simply using the Mobile Resident Registration Card or Mobile Driver's License when visiting branches or using the mobile banking app.

The Mobile Resident Registration Card can be downloaded through the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID app.

A representative of Sh Suhyup Bank stated, "Following the nationwide expansion of the government's Mobile Resident Registration Card service, Sh Suhyup Bank has expanded the scope of real-name verification acceptance for mobile IDs such as the Mobile Resident Registration Card and Mobile Driver's License.
