Uljugun Labor-Management Sympathy Center Offers Free Labor Management Consulting for Small Businesses

The Ulsan Ulju-gun Labor-Management Harmony Center (Director: Kim Jaein) is offering free labor management consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses in Ulju-gun.


This consulting aims to help businesses gain an accurate understanding of essential labor laws and systems for SMEs, and to support the establishment of HR and labor management systems tailored to each workplace's characteristics.


The program provides consultation on labor-related laws and systems that businesses must be aware of, such as signing employment contracts, reforming the four basic labor orders, restructuring employment and wage systems, and preparing for the Serious Accident Punishment Act. Customized consulting on overall HR and labor management is also offered.


Applications for participation are open until the 31st. Selected businesses will be assigned a dedicated certified labor attorney, who will provide up to three sessions of HR, employment, and labor management consulting.

An official from Ulju-gun stated, "Recently, many SMEs have been struggling with HR and labor management due to the expansion of the scope of ordinary wages and wage system reforms. We will actively support businesses in accurately understanding labor-related laws and systems and in establishing labor management systems suited to their specific needs."


Since its establishment in 2022, the Ulju-gun Labor-Management Harmony Center has been carrying out various projects, including labor-management relations surveys for vulnerable groups, employment education for specialized high schools, safe workplace campaigns, and industrial culture exploration programs for foreign workers.
