On the 17th, the Doosan Construction consortium announced that it held a business agreement ceremony with the comprehensive education company ‘Jongno M School.’ The ceremony was attended by Yoon Cheon-sam, chairman of the Daeyagu Station Redevelopment Maintenance Project Association, Kim Hyung-tae, head of Jongno M School, and others.
Through this agreement, both parties decided to provide differentiated curriculum-based educational benefits to the residents of Changwon Mega City Xi & We’ve. They plan to offer tuition discounts, lectures in subjects such as elementary and middle school English and mathematics, career counseling, briefing sessions, online education services, and nationwide academic achievement assessments.
Since 2008, Jongno M School has been providing education-specialized programs for residents within residential complexes. The ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin,’ launched in May in Yongin City, Gyeonggi Province, recorded early sell-out by offering premium specialized education consulting through the Jongno M School agreement.
Changwon Mega City Xi & We’ve is being developed with 17 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, totaling 2,638 households. Among them, 2,038 households with exclusive areas of 54 to 102㎡ will be sold to the general public. Move-in is scheduled for December 2028.
The complex is located in the integrated living area of Masan, Changwon, and Jinhae, allowing convenient access to the infrastructure of these three regions. In November 2023, the national highway bypass road connecting Guigok and Haengam, linking Yanggok-dong in Seongsan-gu and Seok-dong in Jinhae-gu, was opened, reducing travel time through the existing Jinhae city area from 16 minutes to 6 minutes. In April last year, the Seokdong Tunnel connecting Cheonseon-dong in Seongsan-gu and Seok-dong in Jinhae-gu was opened, shortening commuting time by about 20 minutes during peak hours.
The infrastructure around the complex is also well established. Within a 3 km radius, there are large shopping facilities such as Homeplus Jinhae Branch, Lotte Mart Jinhae Branch, and Hanaro Mart, as well as administrative facilities including Jinhae District Office, Jinhae Health Center, and Changwon Fire Headquarters. Safe commuting is possible due to the concentration of schools such as Jinhae Central Elementary School, Jinhae Integrated Middle School (scheduled to open in 2026), Jinhae High School, and Jinhae Girls’ High School. To the north of the complex is Taebaek-dong Sports Park, where residents can enjoy various leisure activities.
Changwon Mega City Xi & We’ve offers hotel-style residential services. Breakfast service is provided within the complex, allowing residents to save time preparing meals during commuting hours. The small library in the community facility regularly offers new books and bestsellers through Kyobo Bookstore’s book curation.
The community facilities include a fitness center, indoor golf range (including screen golf), GX room, and various exercise facilities. Additional amenities such as a sauna, small library, reading room, senior citizens’ center, kids club, and Moms Station will also be established.
A sales official stated, "The premium specialized education consulting provided through the entry of Jongno M School is a service exclusively for the children of residents of Changwon Mega City Xi & We’ve," adding, "Doosan Construction will continue to lead a high-level residential culture centered on residents and pursue new initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction."
