This fair is hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by the Korea Transportation Safety Authority Hwaseong Transportation Safety Experience Education Center, with 49 major bus transportation companies in the province participating to recruit new transportation workers.

At the recruitment fair, job seekers can submit their resumes and self-introduction letters on-site and attend interviews. Explanations about the bus transportation worker training program and recruitment of trainees will be conducted, providing various information to those seeking employment.

Side events include eco-drive experiences and electric bus test rides, allowing job seekers to experience actual driving environments. Job seekers without bus driving experience can obtain a Class 1 Large Vehicle License and Bus Driver Qualification Certificate, then gain employment through training courses. After completing the training, they can receive living support funds provided by Gyeonggi Province.

A Gyeonggi Province official stated, "We expect this fair to contribute to the stable training and expanded recruitment of bus transportation workers," adding, "It will be especially helpful in timely securing the necessary personnel following the implementation of the Gyeonggi Province city bus public management system."

For more detailed information about the fair, inquiries can be made to the Gyeonggi Province Bus Management Division and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.

Job seekers who cannot attend the fair can check recruitment information through the job boards on the websites of the Gyeonggi Province Bus Transportation Business Association and the Gyeonggi Province Village Bus Transportation Business Association.
